Terms of service
These terms apply when you request a chauffeur or buy a card from Black Premium, a private chauffeur service on Mykonos, Greece. Every ride is in a premium car driven by a professional chauffeur.
Requesting a ride
- Sending a request is not yet a confirmed ride. The ride is confirmed when a chauffeur is assigned and you see their name, car and plate on your ride page or on WhatsApp.
- Give your real name and a phone number we can reach. If we cannot reach you, we may cancel the request.
- Each ride has a 4-digit PIN. Tell it to the chauffeur only when you meet. The chauffeur enters it to start the ride.
Cards
Black Premium cards are prepaid. You pay for the card first and then use it to request rides with your card code and phone number.
- Ride card: holds a number of passes. 1 pass = 1 transfer, one ride from a pickup point to one destination. A pass is used when the ride is requested and is returned if the request is cancelled before pickup.
- Daily card: a car and chauffeur reserved for you on the dates you chose, for up to the number of hours per day shown when you bought the card. Within those hours you can request as many rides as you need on Mykonos.
- A card is personal to the holder and the phone number given at purchase. Keep your card code private.
- Each card shows its validity when you buy it. Passes and days that are not used before then expire.
- Refunds: unused passes and future unused days can be refunded according to the office policy in force at the time of the request. Contact us using the details on the Contact page. Used passes and past days are not refundable.
Prices and payment
- Card prices are shown in euros, including VAT, before you pay. Online payments are processed by Stripe.
- For rides without a card, any amount shown is an estimate. Agree the final price with the office before the ride starts.
Cancelling
- You can cancel online while the request is still waiting for a chauffeur. After a chauffeur is assigned, call or message us using the details on the Contact page.
- We may cancel a request if no chauffeur is available, the pickup cannot be reached, or the request looks abusive. A card pass used for a cancelled request is returned.
Your responsibilities
- Be at the pickup point on time and keep your phone on.
- Follow the chauffeur's safety instructions and wear a seat belt.
Liability
We carry passengers with professional chauffeurs and insured vehicles in line with Greek law. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather or events outside our control.
